Returns & Refund Policy

At AmourLinen, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.

Return Period

Customers in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused
  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • returned with the original packaging and tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number in your request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds may be reduced if returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been:

  • worn
  • washed
  • altered
  • damaged after delivery

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For United States customers, orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are included in the purchase price.

Please note that for returns from the United States, any duties and taxes paid on your behalf may be non-refundable and may therefore be deducted from the final refund amount.

For other international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the goods.

You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Once you notify us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued after the goods are received, or after proof of return has been provided.
