This Shipping Policy describes how AmourLinen processes and delivers orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days after the purchase is completed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Delivery typically takes up to 3 business days after dispatch.

United States

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout for 20 USD, 20 EUR, or 20 CHF (or the equivalent amount depending on your selected currency).

Express orders are prioritized and typically arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch in Europe and 2–3 business days in the United States, depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Standard shipping is free for orders over 200 USD, 200 EUR, or 200 CHF.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For United States customers, orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all applicable duties and taxes are included in the purchase price and no additional fees will be required upon delivery.

For other international destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Issues

AmourLinen is not responsible for delays caused by:

customs clearance procedures
incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
carrier delays outside of our control
natural events or force majeure

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
